A signature project among many notable historic preservation developments undertaken by Jeff, the Vermont History Center involved the rehabilitation of an iconic Lambert Packard designed school to create a state-of-the art library and curatorial facility for the Vermont Historical Society. Jeff served as the Owner’s Representative, and managed all facets of the project from site acquisition, design, permits, financing and construction.
