He has proven his value time and again, to investors, developers, CEOs, non-profit and municipal leaders, on large projects and small, by applying his meticulous, iterative approach to work that is often complex and sometimes convoluted. Jeff specializes in historic and urban center in-fill projects, and has experience in all phases of commercial/mixed use, residential and hospitality real estate.

Jeff participates as an equity partner in select real estate ventures, which provides him with an owner’s perspective that other real estate advisory professionals don’t bring.
